On the treadmill? Does that mean there is a fitness test in the near future?
Should I be in touch with anyone at the base about moving the gear in and firming up what we may need?

Good day Brock, My apologies for not getting back to you earlier, but we can get together at your convenience Friday evening to set-up. The only item that we are missing right now are the appropriate size wood screws for the platform (the ones in there right now are a little too long). Cheers, Al

Had couple of donairs afterwards, beats me how I still seem to keep my cholesterol in check there Bruce. My luck may run out soon.
Cardio: treadmill 6.3 miles in 60 minutes (No fitness tests in the near future: the lovely Mrs. wanted a treadmill and I hate to see the thing collecting dust)
