Hey Al where did the russian K-bells go no more pood. Rob is missing the humour opportunity. Do the swings help?? I did some DB cln and press and liked the swingin up part. K-bells better than DB? Nice benches.

Good to hear from you again there Brother. I'm not certain if the swings help, but they certainly wear me out. All kidding aside, I am feeling results throughout my back and in my rear deltoids. I have a cheaper set of cast iron York KB in my garage, these ones are measured in pounds. Probably not much difference between the KB & DB style exercises (just less of an investment for myself).

Thanks Bruce, just trying out some of Dan John's conditioning techniques.
Warmup- KB swings: 55lbs (or 1.5 Pood) x30, Snatch 20kg x10. Sn+Ohs: 40kg+10, 45kg+10, 50kg+10, 55kg+10, 60kg+10, 65kg+10, 70kg+10, 75kg+6.

26 May 2010 Been slack and idle for the past couple of weeks. Did some sporadic kettlebell work in the garage-trying to work off the belly. Cardio- 6 miles treadmill KB- Variety of swings for 15 minutes with 30 & 50 lb. 27 May 2010 Cardio-5 Miles treadmill KB- Variety of swings for 15 minutes with 30 & 50 lb. Gets like that sometimes. I took 10 off and have been sporadic since . Sometimes a lay off is good for the old body.

Well Bruce, cleaned these weights between the OHS sets. I was just too lazy to unload the bar after dropping it.
OHS: 20x10, 40x10, 50kgx10 Sn: 20x5, 50x2, 60kgx2, 65kg, 70kgx1(x3), 60kgx1(x12) C&J: 60kg, 80kgx1(x2), 85kg, 90kg x1(x3 push), 95kg x1(x3split) Squat: 80x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3, 140kgx3. KB Swings: 55lbs x30
