Thanks Brock, I was kind of skeptical about the KB's (thought it was another passing fad), but they seem to provide assistance on a wide range of muscle groups (i.e. erectors, upper back, hams, and glutes). Not bad for cooldown either, seems to loosen things up afterwards ( Alexeev allegedly chopped wood and swung the KB's on his off days.).
Thanks for the encouragement there Bruce, my endurance seems to be coming back; working out on company time can also be a great motivator.

Snatch: 80kg, 85kg, 90kg. C&J: 100kg, 105kg, 110kg
A bit of a training meet for myself; went three for three on the snatches. Very easy C&J's (2/3), but rushed the setup at 110kg and pressed it out. A special thanks to Tamara for coming out and supporting the cause. Cheers.

Congrats on the lifts Al did you place in your weight class? Also congrats on that last WO lot of work there Al in a short period of time you must have been moving!!
