It looks like you have a good plan there Mat. Good luck on attaining that goal of the National Team. Have you been checking out www.danjohn.org for tips on throwing and working out? Also, I would strongly recommend reading through the pertinant articles on www.elitefts.com It is always good to see what might be out there for information and training methodologies. Brock

We train actual throws on Monday, Thursday, Sunday for the first 2 months of indoor and outdoor then we add a fourth day on Wensday after that.
