Hang Clean 135 for 6 Power Cleans 2 sets of 155 for 6 Squats 4 sets of 265 for 6 (found out I was leaning forward trying to correct it by slowing down and lightening up) Lunges 4 sets of 10 (30lbs each hand) DB Jumps 4 sets of 8 (40lbs each hand) Crunches

Welll out of the 5 outdoor meets that I could have attended in North Dakota I the weather only permitted 2. I am pleased with the progress since this is my first year with the college implements. Jamestown 47 meters Moorehead 48 meters Squat 225 for 8, 265 for 4 sets of 6 Lunges (40s) 3 sets of 10 Core Ball Twists Half Mile Run

Throws are about 5-8 meters farther than at last Canada Games 2 years ago.

Hey There Brock. Long time no see. Well even though I learned allot in the States the atmosphere there was not so good for me so I have just moved into the University of Manitoba. This summer I competed in the Western Canada Summer Games and placed first with a throw of 46.50 (2kg) I also competed at the Junior National Championships and placed first with a throw of 51.86 (1.75kg). I will be starting to train seriously again starting this Friday. Looking forward to a new setting and new routines and from what I have seen here it looks good.
Hopefully I can make it out to help out or lift.
