Hello Brock hows it going. Throwing is going pretty good mostly doing alot of shot put and some weight throw. Both which I am just learning so I am enjoying that part of it. Cant wait to throw Discus in the spring. They train the cardio part pretty hard down here so lots of running and plyometrics. Unfortunatly there are alot of rules and regualtions surrounding scholarship athletes so its tough I have to maintain a C grade point average through the year and have no less than 12 credits per semester. I have adjusted but need to go home to relax a bit christmas i will be back home. My strength has come back to me now I was pretty weak when I came in because of all the running but now I am at about 85% so feeling pretty good. I see the 17th wing base competiton is coming up good luck to all the lifters.
