After being injured for about 2 months with a torn lower abdomen things are starting to move a little better still sore from the full turn but much better than before. Bench Press 225 for 8, 245 for 6, 275 for 10, 300 for 5, 315 for 3 DB Press Superseted with flyes- 4 sets of 8 Cable Flyes Lower and Uper 3 sets of 8 Core work (this is still painful so being very careful)

Warm Up Bike and Stretching Cleans Bar For 8 60kg for 3 sets of 8 (Deep) This is like running laps Snatch Bar for 8 30 for 3 sets of 6 (Deep) Back Squat 60 for 8 125 for 3 sets of 4 (usually can do 4 sets of 8 but legs were very tired) Core Work Russian Twist (with Med-Ball) 3 sets of 20 Body Ball Sit Ups 3 sets of 15 Body Ball Knee Ups 3 sets of 12 V Sits 1 set of 20
