Pullups: BWx8 (x5). Snatch : 40kgx2, 50kgx2, 60kgx2, 70kgx2, 72kgx2 (x3), 75kgx2, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg. Power Clean: 80kgx2 (x6). Jerk: 80kgx2 (x3), 88kgx2 (x3). Front Squat: 120kgx3 (x6). Bench: 88kg x10 (x4). Squat: 146 kg x3 (x6).
Another fine day of training downstairs in the sweatlodge, had visions of Gary Lacoursiere stopping by for a visit. Also had visions of snatching 90 kg for the first time since Feb 2010. This unequipped squat work appears to be paying off.

Thanks again Bruce, can always rely on you for support. Jeff Chester is back from parental leave; he's been training in his basement and looking stronger than ever. Want to wish him best of luck at the upcoming Raw Nationals in Calgary at the end of the month.

Got back last night Brock, good to be home. Feeling energetic today after acclimitizing to the altitude up in the Rocks.
Pull-Ups: BW X10 (x3). Snatch: 40kgx3, 50kgx2, 60kgx2, 70kgx2, 77kg, 81kg, 86kg, 90kg, 93kg. Clean and Jerk: 70kgx2, 80kgx2, 85kgx2, 90kgx2, 96kg, 102kg, 107kg, 110kg, 115kg. Olympic training total: 205kg Squat: 146kg x2 (x6). Bench: 102kg x5 (x5).
Best Clean & Jerk and total since March 1993.

Thanks again for the encouragement Bruce, seems like consistent squat work pays dividends across the board. I'm also impressed with the volume that you've been pushing lately (especially in the pull-up department).
