Tried my hand at Classic Powerlifting today: Squat: 160, 170, 182.5kg Bench: 110kg, 125, 130. Dead: 160, 180kg, 200.

Are these workouts AM and Pm or consecutive? Al have you ever had a look at John Broz`s training/coaching. He is a pretty no nonsense guy but his method would probably kill me. Hope your having a good summer brother.

PU: BWx6(x6). Squat: Bar x9, 70kgx6 (x2), 100kgx6, 100kgx2 (for speed w. 5-10 sec rest). Bench: 88kg x10 (x4). Military: 57kg x5 (x4), 60kgx5. Pwr. Snatch: 50kgx2 (x6). Pwr. Clean+ Push Jk: 50kgx2(x3), 57kgx2(x3).
Good sweat happening in the mechanical room today Bruce. Had a look at Broz's routines, may try out some of his ideas later on. My workouts are usually consecutive , but not as fast as I like sometimes. Got a little overconfident after Portage and attempted the Smolov cycle. My 46 year old bod just doesn't seem to have the recovery ability this routine requires; I'll leave this one for the younger lifters to evaluate.
