Took some time away from lifting, busy at work right now. 07 Nov 09 Jk From Rack: Topped out at 105kg Squat: 130kg x5x5
12 Nov 09 Snatches: Did not record individual lifts , but topped out at 77kg (no misses today)

Practiced the classic O-lifts to 85 & 100kg respectively. Bench: 60kg x5, 90kg x5x5, 100kg x2. Squat: 90kgx5, 100kg x5, 110kgx5, 120kgx5, 130kgx5.

Where is the workout from Saturday morning? Or was that one of those "supplemental and secret extra workouts"? ;D Channeling our Russian side now I see...

That was just a bit of fun lifting on Saturday there Brock (not structured enough to be considered a workout).
Always a pleasure, schlepping a few weights or helping with the ocasional strap or shirt is just my selfish excuse to get out and socialize with you fine folks.
