Life's always great up here in the Rockies, suckin wind at 4000' but well adjusted now. No real method there Bruce, just madness. Can bench everyday because it is extremely light, technique work. If I keep the numbers under 70% and adhere to Prilepins chart , it shouldn't require much recovery time (in theory).
Bench: bar x6, 135x6, 140x6, 145x6, 150x6, 155x6. Hypers: BW x30 (x4) Lat Pulldowns: 100x6, 120x6, 130x6, 140x6, 150x6. Treadmill: 2 Miles.

Looks like you're doing a crossfit work out. I honestly feel that crossfit was created to help powerlifters and Olympic lifters become cardiovascularly fit. Awesome work out! ;D
