Not wearing any more gear than a belt , neoprenes,wrist wraps, and lifting shoes there Bruce. Was a little short on time today, did a quick workout.

WOW 2 sets of 6 at 220 lbs,what is that 40 pounds over your BW? That is good lifting.

Lottsa volume here my good man and front squats my favourite. I like how you rotate your excersizises weights and volume. Instinct or that wild Russian thing??

Just following the routine there Bruce; yes its crazy, but appears to work better than my instincts.
