Sounds like a great event! I will give the O lifts a try again but I will have to work up to the contest. Right now I'm trying to stay together to hit the CPU Nationals in Moose Jaw in April.

Al you seem pretty consistent in terms of the type of training you are doing same lifts different combinations and frequency but usually the same lifts form the foundation of your training. With some good success too I might add. I am feeling stuck see my thread and would appreciate if you would weigh in this one with me. I am counting on feedback from the other GURUS but you are more of an OLY lifter who also trains POWER LIFTS so I am interested in your perspective.
