I'll check the gym to locate the shoes and let you know.
I'm not surprised your shoulders have some stiffness that was a lot of poundage you were moving there.

Not nearly as sore as my raw workouts... but then again I could wake up tomorrow and take it all back.

I couldn't find any size 14s in the gym Ryan. You must have left them somewhere else.

Sorry about the delay Ryan. They were just were you left them, under the table saw. So they are here dry and un-chewed despite Harvey's post. ;D

And thats the pit fall with gear. "My F6 is giving a fair bit but I wonder if the Fury is better, or the Inzer shirts will help more, or the the Metal shirts". I understand completely. If you have a good arch go with the F6. If you bench with a flat back go with the Fury. I think the only true way to find out what works best is to try everything available then try a size smaller and larger in everything then you'll have a good idea of works best. THATS CRAZY!!! Stick with the F6 I'm sure it will serve you well. It has for me. 335lbs raw bench - 401.5lbs F6 bench.

Ryan,Get 50 good singles in the shirt and then make a decision. For starters you may find that you can get an extra 20 or 40 lbs out of a custom shirt.AT 330 or so you carry a lot less body fat than most people at that weight.I was not there when you put the shirt on so I did not see how tight it was in the arms.It seemed to fit you very well.Just remember if the shirt is comfortable to wear,it is too loose.Your first workouts should leave almost scar marks on your arms the next day.If you want to look at a new shirt I think you should go up in quality and get a Katana and most likely the A/S version[angled sleeve]The F6 is for the arched bencher and so is the angled sleeve.I've used both versions of the Katana and get far more out of the A/S shirt and I am a fairly flat bencher who would normally use the straight sleeve[S/S] version..I've used every version of the Titan line and I think from my own experience that the Katana is the way to go.If you are in town Trevor and I are working out the next 2 Thursdays at 7 at Park West and then the next Monday which should be our last shirted workout before the contest. You and Gilles are most welcome to come by for a workout. If things workout as we plan Trevor will likely try 600 on the Monday's workout and I'll run at 400. Ed if you are reading this and it fits your in town travel please stop by.I think your potential is only limited by what sport you wish to concentrate on.

Thanks for the advice guys... I will try to get into Winnipeg for a workout soon. I did have a lot of marks from the shirt as the sleeves were very tight.
