Doing some lighter rep stuff for a few days
June 15- raw squats- 365x10, 385x5 Leg press- 3 sets of 15 Leg extensions- 2 sets of 12 Hack Squats- 2 sets 15

June 17 Good mornings- 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x3 Pulldowns, rows, shrugs. Need more low back strength or else need to learn to sumo deadlift possibly.
