April 21- bdwt 193 Squats- 135x10, 225x10, 315x2, 405x2 455x2 (suit straps down, first time in squat gear) 495x1 (straps down) 545x0 (straps up, went down too slow I think) 545x1 (straps up, maybe an inch above proper depth) Need to get alot more work in in the suit, not sure if I have it seated correctly cause its not terribly hard to get down in the hole when I travel the right path, my knees don't really seem to drift in, and I'm not getting a huge pop out of the bottom.

Harvey, would have liked to but out of city for the weekend. If you are squatting again next Saturday or some other time this week I could make it down.
April 22 Bench- 135x12, 185x2, 225x1, 275x3 in shirt almost touch on 3 board, 315x3 shirt to 3 board. Reps in shirt flew up, stopped here cause didn't have spotters. Dumbell press- 90's 2x5, 60 plus bandsx 12 Flyes- 3 sets

Patrick did the squats easily in a new Super Centurian.Had Steve and Annette judging depth as I am not allowed to call depth due to a bad reputation and failing eye sight..By the way Brent pulled 605 for a triple which was with just a belt.
Brock is there any way we could get a judge to come in so that some Canadian records could be set in Portage.I'd be happy to throw in $50 to cover their gas. Harvey
