Thats funny that you mention "The KAZ" Harv, He was one of my favourite strength athletes back in the day when I first picked up a set of weights. Yeah I am a little old school I think, I train more volume than intensity, with a lot of patience and hard work the numbers eventually begin to look good. I would like to come to Winnipeg sometime and lift. I am only a four hour drive away, maybe sometime in the new year.

The 635 deadlift was actually a personal record, beating 585 which was my old record. I feel like I have to work very hard on deadlifts, they don't come natural to me like benching.
