IMPRESSIVE!!! What are using for gear on those front squats? I gotta tell you 565 was my best pull ever at 242 and not legal at that(Ihitched) so seein you pop er off in this way is awsome. Nice to see you posting.

I am thinking I will do the contest....i need to get my entry form in though...hopefully will get that done tomorrow
on back squats the hat is turned backwards when I hit the 455 mark
January 24
did some log press...nothing impressive....only topped out at 270x3x3...WEAK did some cleans too
January 26
front squat (hat is always forward on front squats) 135x10 225x5 275x3x3 315x3x3 365x2x2 405x1x1 425x1x1..just a belt and rheband
deadlift
275x5 405x5 455x2 475x4 515x3...totally gassed...stopped here tried 565 to no avail (hat was forwards...that may have thrown me off)
played some 4 on 4 basketball too...I have no hops

Have you tried the hat like a "Ralley Cap" in baseball? You know inside out and upside down? Perhaps putting shades on backwards would increase the max effort output as well as the cool factor? It would be good to see you come out and play Tyler. Brock

I sent in my registration today for the contest......should be interesting...I have only benched a couple of times since the last contest and my deadlift once again is all over the place. So the only question now is to whom do I address my formal request to be allowed to wear my hat in contest....if not for my own peace of mind but to increase my cool factor with the spectating audience. And to Mr. Snow, ufortunately...well.....that is the reason for the hat. ty

February 1 squats
135x10 225x4x4 315x3x3 405x4 455x2x2 495x0...this again was with my suit on ..straps up and belt on...basically said to hell with it and put my rheband shorts back on 495x3x3 545x2x2 595x1x1
Febraury 2
deadlift 135x10 225x5 275x5 365x5 455x5 475x4..no belt 525x3 565x0.... :oWTF...this traditionally is a guaruntee money lift....I have not struggled with the weight for the last 2 years...I have missed this weight each of the last 2 weeks
