Tyler, When you have the suit on straps up,what happened that you missed the lift?It would seem the weight should not be any sort of problem,so is it the suit itself? If you are 8 to 12 lbs heavier than the last time you had the suit on that is your problem. Can't tell from your log,but do you go:raw,1/2 suit, straps up and then straps up and wraps? Going to be at Park West Tuesday at 7 just to light bench and play with the sleeves and down on Thursday at 7 or so just to do light squat and stretch. Come by and maybe we can have a look.Bring a camera if you have one and we can film it. Harv

Perhaps overtraining? You are squatting and pulling on the same training days therefore you are replicating a contest situation but you may not be seeing your full potential on the Deads. Rest up for now and look at splitting them to different days on the next cycle.
The suit problems are highlighting that you need more time to get used to the gear. The stuff is tight and therefore it keeps us higher when we squat and you really have to get used to sitting back into the suit and allowing it to work for you. It could be changing your groove slightly and thus causing the failure. Take up Harvey's offer about having a look at it but I wouldn't go heavy at all since you are lifting on Sunday.

February 10
Deadlitt 135x10 225x10 315x3x3 405x3x3 455x1 495x5x5x5x5x5
Front squat 225x3x3
Basically will be going back to something I did a while back…week 1 take a weight and do is for 5 sets of 5..add 10 lbs per week; week 2 will be a max for a double….the idea is to always increase the weight. I have had decent success with this in the past and I needed to do something different. I also found that it prevents the idea of plateauing as from week to week you body does not get tiredd from reps or maxing out....

that is out of the rack...my clean with a oly bar is very inconsistent.
my clean with an axle and/or log is much more reliable
