That's looking strong Ed! Nice work!
Is Shawn going to start posting his workouts here soon? You should give him the push, the more the merrier and the more we can learn from each other.

McLifter Thanks. Shaun and I do almost identical workouts with a few changes. I will see if he will start posting also. He does do this thing called cardio but I haven't figured out what that is yet.

CAR DIO some spanish word most likely. Impressive weight your moving. How do you warm up for the benches Thanks, I usually start warming up my shoulders first by doing a warm up that Brock showed me which is great you will have to get him to show you it. I do an empty bar set then some light laterals, then 135 and some more light laterals. Sometimes I will do a light tricep movement as well and then go to 225 and start my working sets. I found that spending a little extra time warming up helps a lot in the injury prevention department.

Warm ups rrr gud! I'm glad that little complex helps. I know I've been doing it for years. Now I include stretching out the shoulders with the bands and doing shoulder dislocates with a broomstick. Funny thing, now that I'm going heavier the shoulders aren't hurting as much .............that is until they blow out I guess Try using your light bands to stretch out the shoulders Ed. The resistance and pull on the muscles is a nice thing. Elite Fitness has a bunch of videos with the owner of Jump Stretch showing off all of his little tricks. It is well worth the watching time. THX that reaffirms some of my WU routine. I do 3 Rotater excersizes Lying Lateral raises and a set of Pull Ups prior to anything with the bar. I have to get fired up before I can do anything with the bar.BBBB

Training is going good but I think my shirt is shrinking. I'm just getting back into some squats and deads but I'm going to take them slow. I'm planning to do 1 more week with the reverse band bench then I will change it up with something else I haven't decide with what yet.

Nice work Ed! Check out the exercise index at Elite and pick something that will address your weak area. Hit it for 2 - 3 weeks and then change it up and address another area. Remember, when you start adding weight on the squat and deadlift your bench will go up and you will put on some muscle.
