Shift work can be a bear but if you plan things out and get your rest you can still make gains and make your workouts effective.

I was drenched at the end of this one. I went to the local gym for this one and did boards by myself, I always get some looks when I do boards there. My boards are made out of 2x8s and I stuff the board that I'm using under my sweater it looks funny but gets the job done.

I skipped deadlifts today I have been doing some roofing on the side and my back is pretty tender. I had to adjust the schedule a little to compensate for work, I hope to get into the shirt this weekend and finish off the last week of this program.

I have been slacking off a little lately. I had the shirt on today and it went pretty good. I went up to 405 and it felt good hopefully I can set a new pr at the comp.
