Thank you gentlemen, Trying to put this wee upper body of mine to work for once. Finished flying early tonight, some tornado warnings over the range in Kansas and severe weather here tonight in Oklahoma (here of all places?). Toto and I will be turning in soon (Dorothy couldn't make it). Cheers, Al

Thanks Brock, Trying to stay injury free and make some progress. I haven't snatched 90kg since 1993, still working on relearning the movement, today was a good training day. I attempted 90kg three times, felt strong, but lost it due to timing issues (2 out front, one behind). I went back to 70kg and worked back up in 5 & 2.5kg increments eventually finishing at a strong feeling 90kg. Now, it feels like nap time.
