- back was really tight and arching was painful. Belt helped alleviate pressure.

-feeling really good, training wise. It may not seem like it, but bench is feeling solid, really starting to click of late.
Squat is going well, been using the heeled shoe for the last few months without issue, also using them to bench. I may switch back to flats at some point, but I'm in no rush to do so.

Hit the hook with 345, still fairly smooth.
Squats were just to loosen up a bit.
Sumo feels good. Until it doesn't.
