Seem to have lost page 3 to this thread Oh well nothin to earth shatterin on it anyway. Still hittin one LWBP and one clse grip BP a week with 2 shoulder and arm WO`s as well. Wanky shoulder acted up a bit last clse grip day so stopped but seems to be comin back. I have also been eatin some fine fresh walleye so that nutritional advantage alone should help me over the bump. I have been squattin a bit, as well as cleans and presses with some very light weight,jury is still out but front squat and stiff legged deads seem to be ok but with less than half of my prodigious body weight. I am playin around to get a startin point for some leg work and of course my one rep max to begin a semblance of the routine Bert shared with me. Have a good evenin.

There was a problem with the servers and some of the information hasn't been reloaded yet. Apparently it will be. So, if you've been eating walleye that means you were fishun! How was it?
