Hi I'm Chris, I'm 19 years old and have been lifting weights for a little over a year and a half now. About almost a year of that was not dedicated to strength training though.
Have been focusing on strength for a good 6-7 months now.
I hope to find somewhere close to compete for my first meet, just to feel the experience and atmosphere.
BWT: 185
PRs:
Bench (TNG): 290 Squat (HB): 405 Deadlift: 455 (with straps)
Tons of room for a improvement for each lift.
I have done several programs and do post and keep a log on another strength forum.
I lift roughly 5-6 times a week.
Currently running Smolov Jr for my bench press and just finished Smolov for my squat.

Welcome aboard Chris. Train smart and stay injury free and you will make progress.
Stop using the straps for the deadlift. Your grip will improve and it will be better for you in the long run.
I answered your other post on the main forum. We will help any way we can. A good idea would be to connect with a more experienced lifter and train with them for awhile. They can mentor you as you are learning the rules, technique and the lifts.

Thank you!
I just pulled 460 without straps the other day hah, that day I had just forgotten my chalk.
_____________
Yesterdays training:
Bench: +reps paused 135x2x5 155x5 185x5 195x6x6 230x2x3 235x2x3 245x5 unpaused 275x1 +10lb post injury PR
Bench is making it's way back quick. 275 went up easy, but it felt kind nutsty on my shoulder joints. To be honest my bench is feeling much more consistent now then before my injury.
Deadlifts: Doubles up to 315 365x1 405x1 460x1 +5lb PR no straps or belt
Dips: bw+70x2x15 bwx40
