Thanks all, just got back from vacation only trained once the whole time. Time to get back to work. I had the pins set a little higher than normal on the rack so it would have saved my pretty face plus I had the human forklift behind me. Looks like I will be in on Sept.18 if anyone wanted to get together.

Bring your new shirt. Will see who can come out. Steve did a board pr on the bench last Saturday so he has not quite retired I think.Seems to be bodybuilding as spends a lot of time doing curls. HH

Good session to get back in the groove, I haven't done floor presses in a while and this was a 30lb PR so I'm happy with that.

Fur Face Read your post and I think if you spent more time hosting beers with yout left arm I think it would help your bench lockout. By the way the waitress said thank you for the HUGE 25 cent tip you left.It was much more than the fellow with the big head usually leaves. Your Friendly Bar Tender
