Nice work on the squats as well as your usual excellent work on the Bench! Any DOMS from these workouts? I'm sure some Protein Powder, Lemon Cake and Nose Tork can cure that for you. ;D

Yes, I broke down and bought a new one after using the same one for 3 years. I didn't realize how stretched out my old one was. I bought the new katana, it fits a little different but I was able to keep a good line down to a 2bd my first time wearing it. My plan is to try to get it down to a 1Bd next bench day.

Barney That looks to be the low collar Super Katana. You broke down and spent $235? ?? How does it fit compared to the regular Katana for fit and on the sleeves? It would seem that you can really tork the front if you wanted to. HH

Yes it is the super katana with low collar construction IPF approved, I'm in the doghouse for the expenditure. It fits different in the shoulders and the chest because of the bigger opening for your head and to pull it down in front is something the wearer can do by themselves. It will be way more adjustable than previous katanas because of the range you are able to pull it down in front. The sleeves are basically the same but this one marked me up good still tender today. I have only used it once so far and didn't pull the front down just let stay where it was when I put it on. I will have to play around with it to see where it's going to work best and not force me to belly bench. www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIRogD-v-tA

ME Bench Raw warm ups-135x8, 225x5, 275x2, 315x1 Shirt on 365x3, 405x3, 455x1 1BD 495x1, 545x1, 565x1PR Rev. band JMs-225-4x12 Rear delt flyes-25's-3x12 The new shirt is feeling really good so far, it is really adjustable on the amount of support it gives by adjusting the neck line. The 565 is the most I have ever had in my hands without a reverse band on it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3q0TLhpPJk
