What has been the best strength/mass supplement stack that you have used? Right now, i'm using creatine/beta alanine and multi's. And whey protein of course. Been on this for a while (10 weeks or so) and it has been pretty good. Any other stacks that have worked for anyone that would be geared towards powerlifting/strength?

1/2 Dozen Eggs scrambled Hashbrowns Steak (Barbequed Medium rare) Black coffee Essentially John McCallum's "Get Big Drink" Protein Shake with 4L whole milk (or cereal cream) Peanut butter ice cream copious amounts of protein powder blend it all together and drink a gallon a day Homemade "anabolic" pancakes stacked as high as I can get them without knocking it over. Really just homemade pancakes with protein powder as one of the ingredients. coupled with ham, bacon, eggs and maple syrup. Glutamine works well for recovery too. All kidding aside; If you eat right and make sure your body is getting the proper nutrients combined with enough sleep and water intake and adding in hard consistent training you will have success. Thanks for the responses. Derek, is weight gainer effective for someone that only wants to maintain weight? Why not whey? As for the food part, I try to eat fairly clean but definitely not strict about it.

Well, weightgainer has been effective for me to maintian weight. I really try to eat more, but the time to cook has hindered me. My rough estimate is 3000-4500 calories I would normally ingest.
As most would know, weight is helpful with squat and deadlift. Not for the wilks though.
The reason for the whey. Is Whey is Fast acting supply the body with fast proteins only last for so long. Egg and Casein has really helped me more than whey, because well, budget. if you look in the stores now casein costs more than whey. Where 5 years or so ago I could buy casein cheaper. p.s. whey gives me heart burn.
Before when I was exclusively strongman, I would go through 10lbs bags of whey a month or more exact 3 weeks. Less now with casein and egg. here is somewhat my typical day.
remember morning for me is night time now.
wake up 16 oz., water with electrolytes.
3-4servings outmeal one cup off egg sations egg whites = 8 egg whites , 3 whole eggs turkey bacon 4 strips 2 toast dry
2 scoops current protein Gasparis Iso gainer (whatever)
more water. 1 cup coffee
2-3 hours later
4 slices whole grain bread 1 1/2 cup egg salad 1 muffin 1 banana 1 apple
snack
one cup of almonds
2 hours later
1 pound cooked weight extra lean beef- made into patties or meatballs
mixed weggies 1 cup
usually still hungry i have 4 scoops weightgainer your choice. I usually have 1000+ calorie shake before a workout somedays and one right after. then about half 45 minutes after a workout even then. but that is half of what the first drink was. (side note) I usually only drink the weight gainers on workout days, not so much on my days off.
this is a rough average.
for meat wise 10lbs or so every two weeks carton of eggs every month 5 or so pounds veggies I eat a lot of almonds and seeds. so I could only guess how much i consume of those. yes I love the fat as well, mostly chocolate and peanut butter is my weaknesses.
the above is pretty much what i start with my day. the rest varies.
