Get that checked Tyler,I have had lots of grief with the lower back. If it is a disc that has herniated or bulged you need to go to a doctor and I suggest physiotherapy. If the back gets damaged it can be permanent if not treated properly. Pickin up heavy stuff takes a back seat to recovery.

Ive being resting since it happened and there has been a great improvement so far. Decided I go for an upper body WO.

Sept.28.2010 MEUB
Bench Press w/purple band looped under bench 95x3 135x3 155x1 175x1 195x1 205x1 185x4 PR+10lbs+1rep
Narrow Grip Floor Press 155x5 185x5 200x5 PR+5lbs 200x5 200x5
Chest Supptd Rows 120x12 120x12 120x12 PR+1set
superseted w/
Band face pulls(purple) 15 15 15
Very narrow grip pressdowns 50x15 PR+5lbs 50x15 50x15 50x15
My back held up good , recovering faster then I thought. Never went for a single ME in that type of band BP but the down set with 185 was a good PR for 10 lbs and 1 rep. Took the weight up by 5 lbs for FP and grinded out 3 sets. Asst work went great too with a few more PRs.

Tyler, we met in Winkler. I was wondering if you were interested in training some events on Saturdays around 11:00 am. Send me an email miketrudeau@live.com.
