Aug.23.2010 MEUB
Push Press w/light green bands singled(50lb at top) 125x1 145x1 165x1 175x1 190xMx2 155x2(2M)
Narrow grip floor press 135x3 175x3 195x3 220x2
Chest supported row 80x12 100x12 100x12
Bent over DB flyes 25x12 25x10 25x10
2.25" DB hammer curls(Alternating) 25x8 30x9 30x8
Plan was to get 185 in the push press but decided I'd try 190, just couldn't lock it out. I should of had 4 reps with 155 but missed the first one and just missed the last one. Floor press was maybe good for three with 220 but my rear starting to raise on the 2nd rep so left it at that. First time trying that chest supported row with a free bar. Did that exercise instead of regular BB row to give the low back some more rest. Used the fatgripz for the hammer curls.

Aug.24.2010 DELB
Deadlifts w/light greens(50lb top) 235x2x8 sets
Front squats 135x5 185x10 225x9 PR+4 reps
Dimels 135x20 135x18 135x18
Seated cable crunches 30x15 50x15x3sets
Deadlifts felt real fast, only lost some speed on the last set. Front squats felt good, had to grind out the last set. I attempted a 10th rep but couldn't get enough air to stay tight and it buried me. First time doing Dimels and I'll be sticking with those for awhile. Abs were pretty tough.

Aug.26.2010
Incline DB Press 60x14 60x12 60x14
Pullups 4 sets of 10
Rope face pulls 30x15x4 sets
superset with
1/4 side laterals 40x8x 4sets
Tate Press 30x10 30x10 30x10 30x8
Lowered the angle on the bench a bit from last week, so I increased the weight. 14th rep on the last last of incline press was too absolute failure. Pullups felt explosive for the first 5 reps of each set but still hard to get all the reps. Face pulls worked great today. Tate press was good, one more week to see if I can get 4 sets of 10.

Aug.27.2010 MELB
2.5" BB Zercher from 22" 135x3 185x3 235x2 275x1 305x1
Walking DB Lunges 65x5/leg 65x5/leg 65x5/leg
BB Hip ext(feet on bench) 135x10 135x10 135x10
2.25" DB Cleans(2 at a time) 50'sx10 60'sx7 60'sx7
lying leg raises 4 sets of 15
wide leg situps 4 sets of 15
The 305 zercher was easy except I tweaked something on the left side were the rhomboid and lat meet the trap. It had been bothering me all week, hopefully nothing comes of it. Any way left it at that. Definitley good for more though. Db lunges got easier as the sets progressed. You find out what leg is weaker doing these. Hip ext worked well. The DB cleans were extreamly tough to hold on to with that thick of a grip. Finished with some abs.

Aug.30.2010 MEUB
Bench Press/ light greens doubled(105lbs at lockout) 95x3 115x3 145x1 165x1 150x5
2.25" Fatgripz Military Press 95x5 120x5 150x5
Chest supported rows 100x12 100x12 100x12
B/O DB Flyes 25x12 25x12 25x10
Close grip rope pressdowns 30x15 40x15 40x15 40x15
Great workout today. The 165 BP was really tough to lockout, didnt think the bands were going to add that much tension but I checked after and it added 40lbs on the chest and 105 at the top. 150 was a great set, thought I may only get 3 but I managed 5. Did some MP with the fatgripz and was happy to get only 5lbs less for the same amount of reps and being a 2nd exercise. Asst work was tough. Going bump the weights up a bit.

Aug.31.2010 DELB
14" Box Squats\ purple bands chocked twice(100lb at top) 180x2x8 sets
Sled Sprints 90x20m BW, 20m FW 135x20m BW, 20 FW 135x20m BW, 20m FW
Leg curls (wt??) 18 16 16 Seated cable crunches 50x15 50x15 50x15 50x15
I took a wider stance then I normally use for box squats today, felt alright. It took me a few sets to get going but by the fourth things were moving pretty fast. Took 90 sec rest between sets. Sled sprints just finished me off completely, had a hard time standing after. I was going to do Dimel deadlifts but just did leg curls instead. Ab work was easier this week so Ill increase the weight next week.

Sep.2.2010 UBRD
Incline DB Press 60x15 60x14 60x14
V-Grip Pullups 9 9 7
Rope face pulls 35x15 35x15 35x15 35x15
Tate Press 30x10 30x10 30x10 30x10
Hangs w/ Fatgripz(2.25") 30sec 25sec 20sec
Definitely felt stronger in the press. First set was easy. Managed 3 more total reps then last week. Vgrip pullups were quite hard to do. Rope face pulls worked well again added 5 more lbs. Tate press felt stronger too. Got all 4 sets of 10 this week. Then set up my fatgripz on the pullup bar and hung there for time. Really worked the grip hard.

Sep.3.2010 MELB
Squats w/chains(75lbs) 135x3 185x2 235x1 275x1 305x1 320x1 285x4
Sumo Deadlifts 135x3 205x3 275x3 325x3 350x3
Keg Toss 5 sets of 3
Sled Drag 225x15m BW 225x15m BW 225x15m FW 225x15m FW
Great workout today. Trained in a dusty ol' basement. First time ever using chains in training so I was aiming for 300 in the squat and managed 320 with a little bit to spare. Did my drop set with 285 and got a tough 4 reps and missed the 5th. Sumo deadlifts are something Ive only ever done once about 5 or 6 years ago. 350 felt good left some in the tank. Hopefully these transfer over some leg strength for pulling conventionally. Keg toss was light maybe 20 lbs. Sled drag was brutal, last set destroyed me.

Sept.6.2010 MEUB
Close Grip Axle Floor Press 115x3 165x2 185x1 215xM 200x1 180x5
Floor Press Lockouts(7" ROM) 135x5 205x5 275x5 325x5 350x5
Log Cleans 135x5 175x5 200x5
EZE curls w/Fatgripz 60x10 60x10 60x10 60x10
Superseted w
Band face pulls(purple) 15 15 15 15
Plate Pinching 2-25s x 2 sets one hand at a time
Trained in the Ol' dusty basement again. I wasn't expecting to miss that 215 but triceps just were strong enough. 200 was pretty hard and the drop set with 180 for 5 was a good set. Worked up to a heavy weight in the lockouts(for myself) and it was pretty difficult. 200 lb log cleans was a good hard set. Then superseted some bicep work and upper back work and finished it off with a bit of plate pinching.

Your last couple of WO are very impressive. Nice work you are really hitting those compound movements, good weight as well. The dusty old basement is where some of us always train, I guess that is why I love my out door WO`s so much.
