I have only tried the 2 ply on once and it was way too tight. If anyone knows anyone who is looking for a 2ply AS 48 Katana with grid stitching let me know. If there was a contest that allowed multi ply shirts it would give me an excuse to buy another one. That canvas suit was pretty tight it was good to see how they work.

Ok, so we ended up with a cancellation from Sagkeeng First NAtions. No support.
It's ok, Still having one out in Cross lake my home reserve.
I will be having a bench workout at the fermor y on wednesday, one of my fellow training partners is leaving manitoba for ontario as of thursday or saturday one of the two. Mr. Chris Rayner. He has done a few strongman comps. but hopes to do three lift someday. so our time is at 9 am. there will be me, chris, and the mutant Mike Trudeau.

Well was hoping some one or anybody would come out and join us. but we all have different schedules.
Anyways. With the mutant squat monster training squats tomorrow, we are going to try and get some video of the mutant squat monster in action.
Why because he has been training raw. I could see him giving Beau Moore's numbers a run sometime in the near future.

fast enuff for the last 315x10. basically setup, pull, down, standup setup pull. for every set alternating the grip with each pull. so yeah was a breather for sure.
yup gonna stick with the Y for a little while!

Standing abs 70lbs 3 sets fo 25.
Prone rows 55x 4 x 15
tuesday
Forearms Wrist curls 10x20x3 Preacher curls 20x30 DB ext. 20x30 2 sets each.
Partial Chins bdwt 2sets of 12

went pretty bad. Rotators suck. 315 sunk like the titanic on my chest.

Been training not as often as i like but training none the less.
Currently on t he graveyard shift so, that is an adjustment. cant really train with trainnig partner.
tuesday. 45mins elliptical
prewarmups 45 degree row 45lbs x20
Deadlifts 135x20, 225x10, 315x 8, 405x5 not really wanting to do singles lately so i switch to my old method.
Hyperext. bdwt x 25, bdwtplus 25lbs x 20
High Db rows to shoulder 50x12, 12, 60x10
Barbell Curls 40x15, 70x12, 90x8
Preacher Curls 75x15, 75x15
Rotator cuff stuff. 4 directions 2sets each of 15 reps with red bands 20 mins treadmill.

Good to see you are still training Derek. Tough to train around injuries work schedule family needs etc. But it does help us out in the long run.

Train Train Train.
Mostly doing many things but added doing this.
Building a workable Glute ham raise. almost completed and I did not spend more then 80 dollars to build it thus far.
Two frames for Reverse Hypers which I might sell one of them later when completed. just need the bearings to be put on and upholstered. Pictures yes i do have them can only upload to facebook currently though. Since i am not in tune with posting to forum.
Peace out iron brothers. shoulder is still in its stages but hope to bench soon.
