Travis and I ventured into the local gym for this work out, it reminded us of why we don't train there. We did however meet two interested lifters who we noticed were doing facepulls when we got there and later introduced themselves to us. They had been reading about Westside training ideas and the whole sport of powerlifting in general. Hopefully we can get them to come out and compete one day.
Bench-135x10, 185x6, 225x6, 275x3, 315x3, 345x3 stopped there shoulder felt pretty good didn't want to push it. Incline DB bench-2x8-85s Pressdowns-3x10 then a strip set of about 70reps Pec deck flyes-2x10 then a partial rep pumping set Reverse pec deck flies-3x20 I can't believe I took Harv's advice and did some pumping stuff. Overall it was a good workout and it was great listening to the top 40 they had playing there but I think I will stick to the garage gym.

Grass hopper You realize the more you pump the tighter the shirt will be as you gain some size. HH

Top 40 is very annoying, Travis worked up to an easy 405 on the bench and was doing flies with the 85s.

Great workout on those triceps.Do you wear the sleeves when you are doing triceps workout. With those 30 rep sets I would imagine your arms get so enormous from the pump that you can't get them off afterwords.
