Hi Bruce, I'm going to try to keep posting. Travis showed me the Z press named after Zydrunas Savickas you just sit on the floor your legs straight out in front of you in a rack usually and press a Barbell over your head. It hits your core like crazy and decreases the amount of weight you would use for a standing or seated press. The 515 rep was coming up nicely but my right arm came out of the groove and came back a little on me. I think I tweaked my shoulder a little, I will see what it feels like in the morning.

Ed I thought I did low reps.3 completed reps on the bench is a record.May be do a down set of 2 reps for a pump.. Harv

Harv, I do a lengthy warm up process I just put my heavier sets on here I did 7 sets of lighter stuff. Anything over 5 reps is cardio which I'm still allergic to so no pump. I might be in the City in a week or so let me know when you guys are training.
