inquiring geezers wnat to know that was priceless my back has been giving me some major problems....for example i tried to deadlift 225 lbs on thursday without a belt and could not do it........not sure if it was just a bad day or my back was just that bad.....going to try some other things now that life is back in order again (finished training for the new job and working now) things like fron squats, shrugs and good mornings......its funny but that stuff my back can do fine and will start back with partial deadlifts until my back smartens up......also looking into chiro, have never tried that before...... ty

Hope you are feeling better soon. I have worked with both chiro and physio. Physio invaluable at assesing injury and treating.
