Neil- Saturday afternoons work best for me too. A few of the other guys were here at the clinic just a couple of weekends ago for a bench workout... it was a lot of fun and they seemed interested in coming back. You should come. I've got 3 power racks at the clinic so the more the merrier. Guys can bench, squat dead, whatever.... This weekend is no good for me and next weekend I'll be in Esterhazy trying my best not to embarrass myself, but after that, we should plan another workout/pizza party! Stay in touch. Jay

Jason Would be interested in benching again at your clinic.Trevor would also come because I told him the pizza restaurant next door was an all you can eat place.I will bring my Super Katana as it does fit you quite well.A couple days notice would work for me. Harvey

Jason If we are lifting on some Saturday could you pick a time at least a week in advance as Trevor works some Saturdays so with some lead time he could switch shifts.Bert also does some weekend work so a bit of a lead helps him too. OOOPS about the previous post.Not used to being up so early on Saturday. Harvmeister

Sorry to hear about your pec reinjury but as Harv said injuries are a part of the sport. Howz is the squat and deadlift coming along? Someone with your strength base will recover quickly Jason. I am looking forward to another Pizza and Powerlifting session whenever we can make it happen. B
