Steve [Mr.500] Will be doing biceps this Sunday at about 9 am.I found doing curls with a bench shirt on really helps to seat the shirt.Also doing some rapid no rest posing for cardio work in conjunction with whey and tuna milkshakes to lose weight is working like a charm. HH
