Weight 218 in gym clothes[likely 214]7 pm Park West Bench[ring finger on ring] warm up[while drinking protein shake] stretch bar x10 [4 sets] 135 x 5 [2 sets] 185x 5 225 x1 working sets shirted 315x 3 335x1 370 x1 [3sets] 380 x1 only last set came close to touching 1/2 inch short will drop to 90 kilo class so touching will come just by weight loss stretch done
