Ryan, if you would like to get into the shirt again how does Tuesday the 10th work for you? Let me know.
Also, Harv, Bert, Bruce, could you gentlemen (one or more of you) give us a hand when the details are ironed out?

I regret missing the last "bench-a-paloosa". I'm off all this next week so if anyone is benching I'm available to help. ;D

Perhaps I may enlist your help to get me into the shirt. It's not that hard but the help is appreciated.

I did some work in the shirt last night with Tyler helping me... it is getting better... I will probably open with 230kg at the June 22 event.

Can you get 10 good singles in before the contest with 230?Doesn't much matter where you start, just where you finish. Are you using a belt to hold the shirt in place? How did your contest turn out? Harvey

I will get in 10 good singles before the meet.
I started using a belt to hold the shirt in place.
The contest went well... 1st both arms. I have an impromptu supermatch tomorrow as Gilles pulled out of his match and I am filling in. Not what I like to do with no rest (I found out about it last night) but I should be fine. It is best of 7. After this I have nothing until the June 22 meet... then Can-Am Police & Fire Games a couple weeks after (bench & armwrestling).

How about 18:30? Bruce said he would come by again after he is done his workout. So that should co-ordinate things well enough.
Derek if you happen to read this and want some help with the shirt, come on down and we will help you sort out your RAGE (tm).

Ryan that is great if you can get Tyler to help you into the shirt and get some reps in. It will all help at the contest.

Would like to make it but just fine tuning our workouts that day.Do you have any idea how many are entered ?I think both Trevor and myself are going 3 lift just to take a run at the Master 1 and Master 3 IPF record in the bench.Think Trevor will open at 260,same weight as the Nationals.Thursday he benched 585 in somewhat sloppy form but the power is sure there as he did a 515 raw squat before benching.I took a run at 405 which I didn't come close, but it has been 40 years or so since I had 4 plates on the bar.Getting a little excited about this meet!Harvemeister
