DAY 1 - April 17, 2008 Chest, Shoulders, Back, Bi's & Tri'sWell I'm in the gym, made it this far. Workout time 45 mins. Think I pushed alittle too hard for the first time back. This is going to hurt. Felt good though. ;D April 18, 2008 There it is, I can feel it creep in, the stiffness and pain. OD on Entrophen, maybe it can stave off the impending immobility. April 19, 2008 OMFG I'm in pain. Switch too Tylenol extra strength. Not much help there. Dose creatine, glutamine, HMB. Try not too move too much. April 20, 2008 Day off. April 21, 2008 Was to be a chest, back.... day. Decided not to push my luck and took another day off. Day 2 - April 22, 2008 Cardio day Workout time 20 - 30 mins. So this is what cycling is all about. 10 mins in, ONLY?, huffing and puffing. Think I'll go back to being a lump. Day 3 - April 23, 2008 Legs, Lower back, ABS? Workout time 42 mins or there abouts. Third day in the gym, thats gotta be a record. Didn't push the leg workout too much, would be nice to actually be able to walk the next day. And what be these ABS, last time I looked I only had one. Someone trying to pull a fast one on me.
