yeah Al lots of sets but the leg stuff is real light.I will either split legs off on thier own or limit myself to 3 or 4 excersizes for what ever I do. IE FRT SQTS BD press and DB rows done. Given I am limited a bit by what I can do for now I can only have so many diffrent combinations. It is still fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your moving good weight there Bruce. I like doing my close grips to boards also usually to 2 or 3 rds it is a lot easier on the body. Keep up the good work.

LLR 20x10 30x8x2 lying lateral raise good WU for shoulders less problems pressing when I do this first. PU clse grp BWx6 med grp bwx8 wde grp bwx10 clse grp bwx8 I mixed these in with my BP doing the first set before I started BP as it fires up the back helps outta the hole. LWBP 2 BDS barx10 135x10 185x3 205x1 215x1 225x1 235x1 245x1 245x2 245x3x2 245x2 Shootin for 245x3x5 not quite there next time!!!!
