Thanks to Bert Merriman for coming out to give press commands Off to Perkins,Mellonhead had a chicken caesar salad and a glass of water.I was shocked because I have never seen him eat so little after a workout.On further examination,he did have a big milkshake during the workout and he had 2 meals before he got to the gym.Mystery solved.
