Weight 217.6 Finally got a good workout in.Benched 315 and 320 in old shirt for single Put on new Katana benched 365 [to belly] /benched 365 not bad/ benched 375 kind of rough.Canadian record in Masters 3 is 170 kilos or 374. Saturday noon, hope to put in final workout before Nationals. Big thanks Steve and Trevor for your help today.Was in a panic trying to get this shirt dialed in.Until today couldn't touch with 405.
Ed,I tried your little sheiko routine for legs and back the day before and after the meet going to use it for squats and deadlift and my own routine for bench.If you can make it down on Saturday,Mellonhead is going to try bench 580 for his last workout.Don't forget we get the volume discount if 3 of us show up for lunch at Perkins.I should point out that the Big Mellon is watching his diet as when I mentioned that he shouldn't eat the fries that came with 1 of the 2 meals he ordered,he actually didn't eat them.Instead,he put a cup of syrup on the side order of pancakes.Yep,he is cleaning up his diet. I'm glad things are coming together for you Harv. I won't be able to make down for Saturday I'm stuck working this weekend. Wow Trevor is really cleaning up his diet is he getting ready for the beach?
