Good read, a nice simple program. I might have to give it a try. I have been working my core 3 times a week and found that has helped my form on the squat a lot. The weight isn't bending me forward as much as it was before, my core is still a weak point. Doing some exercises Brock showed me the standing pulley crunch and the weighted ball crunch not sure if that is what Brock called them or not but they work real good.

Excellent work Ed!! Just keep working hard and keep it simple and you will make gains. I would give this program a ride after you are finished your present program. Although, if the program you are presently doing works ............keep it up before you change.
