Just remember we usually pick up some cheese burgers to have a pre workout snack.I'll bring the shirt and I keep chalk and powder in my bag at all times. If you could bring your shirt sleeves I would like to try them out just to see if they are better than how we do it now.Think big, lift big and of course eat big.Harv

OK, I'll meet you guys there at 7. I'll bring some shirt sleeves(Walmart bags), I think they work great.

Ed Since you are bringing your hi tech Wal-Mart sleeves I'll bring a fury,an F6 and a Rage X for you to try.If you run into Mike Smook say hello and maybe bring him to town for a workout.Next to Mellonhead he has about the highest bench ever done in Manitoba.Harv

Well Ed you came, put on your Wal Mart bench sleeves, benched 425 and then 445 in a shirt you never used before.May not have been the best contest form, but still very impressive.Mellonhead did a single with 545 and 570,which was a bit sloppy but still very impressive.Next workout this Saturday about noon, actual start not finalized.I had a crappy day and since i am doing the writing I will skip my lifts.Harvey

Trevor's lifts were very impressive. It was a lot of fun benching with you guys and thanks for showing me that new technique on how to flatten ones belly. I'm sure you will dial that shirt in before the Nationals.
