Mellonhead
If you are having your regular supersized order of prunes, sure I will buy. I should point out that bench shirt is two separate words not"benchshirt". As you well know potbelly is one word. Does Wednesday work for you or do you have a conflict with your ballroom dancing class?

Without Rob present at Wing 17 we should do the Brick this Wednesday. Eddy in Dauphin, would you be in town with your 3 ply shirt? Does anybody know if they have chains at the Brick? By the way Mellonhead [ you can also spell it Melonhead ] there were some complaints raised about your bench shirt and a request that you wash it before Wednesday. See you Wednesday. HH

Hello Bert Good to hear you arrived in one piece, you are a long way from home. As you can tell now that Mellonhead weighs 300 lbs he is cranky. Be well and keep in touch. Harvey

Gym at 104 King Edward St E. See you at 6:30 tomorrow. Any shirts between 44 and 50 might be good for the guys to try on. Perkins works as they now have a special buffet for Trevor. All you can eat for $199.00 You hurt or lazy? HH

There are a few pairs of chains, at least one is heavy and a good length for bench. Like Harv said, 104 King Edward E at St Matthews, right as Route 90 is folding down to one street. And there's a Perkin's a few blocks away too Short link to map: goo.gl/kbK7jA

I'm in, just had the wife tighten up the arms on my 46 (all legal Brock) and I stretched the arms on the 44 (which turned out to be 1" tight because it was a custom shirt).

Trevor, Codey, Shaun, Ed. Andrew, Rob [Mr.Westside]
Who will be benching this Wednesday at 6:30 at the Brick?
Rob have your bands and if you can bring the erector shirt.
Will try to have a plug to fit into the bench support pins.
