Hi Harv, I would love to but I'm stuck working right up until the comp. The f6 of yours I'm using is working pretty good.

Had no doubt the shirt would work well.Didn't you bench 440 in our last workout?

I think that was what was on the bar but it didn't touch, hopefully I can get 440 at the comp.

Are you sure that is all the cardio you want to do? Have you filled your quota of wedded bliss for the year too? That could add another serious 5 - 15 sec of heavy breathing per session that could have long range implications on your overall health and wellness. It's only coming up on September, surely you will need to buy a 24 and carry it in from the truck to your fridge for football or hockey season won't you? Don't sell these serious attempts at cardio short. There is still time to fit them in to your schedule. Congrats on the new facility! Train well. Will we see you in November? Brock

Wedding bliss lasting 5-15 secs that sounds like a marathon. I still have a few more roofing jobs to do so that should get me back around the 100 kg class. After seeing your setup in your garage I had to go that way. I was getting pretty frustrated with the local gym here in town and had to do something. I'm looking for a good bar if anyone knows anyone selling one or any local dealers that carry decent bars please let me know. I will be there in November for sure either to lift if my training goes well or to help out.

I haven't posted here in a while my free time has gone down drastically but I'm still training. I have been working on widening my grip on the bench and have found that I'm weaker the wider I go. I have been in the shirt twice since I dumped the weight a month ago, my elbow is feeling better but not 100% yet. The heaviest I've gone in the shirt was 385 for 3 on Saturday. Hopefully I can find some more time to post my workouts.

385 for 3 sounds good to me. The home gym working out for you? Still training with your buddy from work? Bruce

I love working out at home I don't miss the gym at all. Shaun is still working out with me and he is making some good gains on the bench, he is now squeezing into a 46 bench shirt. It looks like there is going to be a 4s position posted for Dauphin any day now.

That's an awfully tight shirt for a dainty guy like Shaun isn't it?
It will be good to see you on the wood again Ed. Howz the training coming along?
