As a Junior Arnel and considering that you will pack on muscle and potentially grow a little yet I would not try to drop to the lower weight class. Unless, you are carrying too much body fat and I don't think that was the case when we saw you in Dauphin. Keep up the good work!

He's doing wendler. Cant say ive had much success with it but than again i never did the max rep thing at the last set.

Everything works you just have to find out what works BEST for you. Hard work always pays off. I've found that when you question the top lifters they are the ones who have not missed a workout, have moved more tonnage than their competitors and have set goals to keep them motivated.
