I Haven't posted anything in like 2 years but I have been training. I have since built a gym in my house (rack, olympic bars, bench & 100s pounds of plates). I ignored my squats and deadlifts for awhile but started doing them again, its coming back fast. I lifted in Thunder Bay, ON @ the Bench for the Cure this past November. Did 505# raw.
