I was thinking along the same lines McLifter.
Anyhoo Light bench today 90x10 (2) Got bullied into 115x3 and 125x2. Felt ok and my butt stayed planted So I was ok with it Dips 10lbx10(3) Press downs 110x10 (3) ass. abs. Took it easy didnt want to tweek my stomach again

Rolled it back today bench 105x8 (2) NGB 95x10 (2) incline DB press 40x10 (2) Pretty easy w/o today PWO food- big honking bowl of borsht

Turkish get ups look good never tried. How they working out. I still dont like them and am really going light with them (but I guess I started with a shoe so 20lb is something) Im discovering weak points doing them, they hit everything and I have to really focus or I screw them up..

Bench wk 5 110lb 5 (2)
NGB 95lb 5 (2)
db incline press 40lb 5 (2)
Felt pretty good. Played with my grip a bit, brought the bar back farther onto the heel of my hand. Noticed a difference. Felt lighter.

Well today sucked. Self inflicted headache, lifted anyhoo.
light bench= tried a wider grip, not sure what i think of it yet. 85x10 (2) Dips bw x10 (3)
few sets of light squats 95lb x 10 (2)
Turkish Get ups 3 sets 5/side w/ 15lb. Knees are a little tender from them. took off some skin
tri press downs 110lbx8 (3)
tri thing that id theres a name for it i have no idea what it is 130lbx10 (3)

I have seen those Turkish Get Ups on you tube still have not tried them. Good for you for working them in. Lottsa tricep work way to go.

Great bench w/o today 115lbx5 (2) 95lb ngb5(2) incline db press 45x5(2) 15min on the bike then the full body w/o that was hunting for a sippy cup on the play structure made for people under 4 foot tall (kinda fun)i do regret having taken the slide down ond having to slam my feet into it to stop before i nailed a kid) feet hurt now.

ya Ive been picking alright, Wolverine is a patient man. im learning alot from him. I was out at the lake foe a week so i was in the gym yesterday
