Well i know I haven't posted my WOs for the past little while..but last week was my first week back at Battalion from 3 week leave. And with a new PL Comd and WO.. well..PT is a little...Not up my alley for what I am training for. However I am still hitting the weights hard and heavy. Sunday I put up 495lbs for 2 on DeadLift. and Today put up 385lbs for 5 on Squats. Tomorrow is my bench day, along with a nice "lite" run in the am with the PL. So..See if I can get up 300+ tomorrow..but with all this cardio I have found my endurance in the gym go down a bit. Going to need another week to allow my body to adapt to this shock..haha..on a good note though dropped down to 99Kg for weight....so hoping once I can hit the gym hard again will bulk back up to 105-8kg by mid October. We shall see.. I will try and post my workouts from this coming weekend up..Dead lifts on Saturday. Can't wait.

20mins on treadmill speed ranging from 6.0-9.0 15mins of abs and chinups.
My friend introduced me to the 100s on the bench and let me tell you...my chest is still burning today...and at about 80 reps I was crying each set..ahah..but def felt good..And reason for so many workouts is well...Platoon pt in the am...and after my run my warrant thought I should start going and working on my cardio everyday at 15h00 to improve my time.. apparently an average of 6:40s for 1.2kms isn't good enough...my bad..
But tomorrow is weight room for back...deadlifts here I come..sooo can't wait..

With all of that work we will have to start calling you "IRON MAN"!'
I think you will be healthier and strike a nice balance preparing for your fitness test and doing the Power movements. Keep up the good work.
